Our Unique Process

Our unique process has been tried, tested and refined over the years to help keep you focussed on actioning and implementing the key areas that will help you achieve your personal and business goals.

Step 01 – Practice Snapshot

Your journey will start with a Practice Snapshot where we will take an instant picture of where your practice currently is so that we have a clear starting point in mind.

Step 02 – Long-term Roadmap

From here, working with Rudi you will set some ambitious long-term goals and then complete your Roadmap. This Roadmap will provide you with the exact route that you need to take from your starting point all the way to achieving your long-term goals.

Step 03 – Quarterly Action Plan

Once you have your Roadmap, you will figure out what your 3 quarterly goals will be. These will be the 3 biggest things you should focus on implementing to get you some quick wins straight away.
Now you have a plan, it’s time to take action.

Step 04 – Knowledge & Resource Library

We’ll introduce you to the knowledge and resource library. Here you can watch all of the training and use some of the resources available to help you with your goals.

Step 05 – Mastermind Community

Then you’ll also be introduced to the mastermind community so that you can learn from others who have been in your shoes before and see things from a different perspective.

Step 06 – Weekly Coaching & Accountability

And finally, on a weekly basis you’ll catch up with Rudi and your peers to check in on your progress, keep you focussed on doing what you should be doing and be held accountable to moving forwards.

Step 07 – Achieve & Reset

At the end of the quarter, you’ll tick off your 3 quarterly goals and refer back to your original Roadmap. From here you will reset your quarterly action plan and draw down your next set of quarterly goals that will move you further towards achieving your long-term dreams..
